Gwent PCC welcomes questions at Annual Police Federation Conference

Mr Johnston will be speaking in his capacity as the Interim Chairman of the national Police Negotiating Board.

He will be taking part in three panel sessions throughout the day.

The first focuses on issues coming out of the Winsor 2 Report, the second focuses on the PACE (Police and Crime Evidence Act) Review, Vulnerable People, working with partner agencies, working hours and command resilience. The third is a general Question Time.

Mr Johnston said; "I am honoured to be given this national responsibility and it is a job I take very seriously. I am interested to hear the views of those attending the conference, and I feel with my experience I can make a valuable contribution on the subjects we are discussing."
