Question
Please provide all Performance Indicator reports based on Sexual Assault Referral Centre Indicators of Performance in SARCs since the onset of SARCIPs (2017). There should be at least seven documents which have been produced so far collating activity reports from the individual SARCs. SARCs must provide activity reports in line with the SARCs management information stipulated template, Sexual Assault Referral Centres Indicators of Performance (SARCIP) and are reported to you quarterly.
Answer
Two duties are placed on public authorities under Section 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). Notwithstanding applicable exemptions, the first duty at, Section 1(1) (a), is to confirm or deny whether the information specified in a request is held. The second duty at, Section1 (1) (b), is to disclose information that has been confirmed as being held.
Under the provisions of those sections of the FOIA, we can confirm that the information you seek is not held by the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent (OPCC). Please find response below.

I have discussed your request within the OPCC in Gwent and the reports you mentioned are not something we receive. We believe that the reports you mention are for England only, the link to the below document seems to support this as this refers to NHS England. The health service in Wales is devolved to the Welsh Government and as such the same requirements may not apply to SARCs in Wales.
