The details we require are:

• What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract?

• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages

• Actual spend on this contract (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date

• Start date & duration of contract?

• Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?

• Is there an extension clause in the /contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?

• Has a decision been made yet on whether the /contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?

1. How much funding is Gwent Police and Crime Commissioner committing towards supporting children and young people with experience of VAWDASV? Please supply the following information, disaggregating statutory services from third sector services:
   • The annual budget and spending on support for children and young people affected by VAWDASV for the last 3 financial years.
   • The names of the services who are commissioned during the last 3 financial years and what specific support they are commissioned to provide for children and young people affected by VAWDASV? (as defined within the WG Statutory Commissioning Guidance)
   • The length of contracts for the above commissioned services.
2. What data does Gwent Police and Crime Commissioner hold on the number and percentage of children affected by VAWDASV who are supported by their commissioned services? Please supply the following data, disaggregated across protected characteristics as defined by the Equality Act 2010. If it is not possible to provide the disaggregated data, please explain why and provide the aggregated data.
   • The number of children affected by VAWDASV supported by each commissioned service during each of the last 3 financial years.
   • The percentage of children affected by VAWDASV supported by each commissioned service during each of the last 3 financial years.
3. How is Gwent Police and Crime Commissioner aligning their commissioning of social care and support for children and young people with commissioning of specialist VAWDASV support?
4. How does strategic decision-making around ACEs link up with strategic decision-making about VAWDASV within local authority committees?
5. When did the local authority Children and Young People’s Scrutiny Committee last scrutinise the provision of services and support to child VAWDASV victims? What were the findings, and how do the findings fulfil the duties on public bodies under the VAWDASV (Wales) Act 2015?
6. What is included about VAWDASV and its impact on children and young people in the local assessment of wellbeing as required under the Wellbeing of Future Generations Act?
   • How were the needs of children and young people affected by VAWDASV included in the aforementioned local assessment of wellbeing?
7. Has the Public Service Board consulted with adult and child victims of VAWDASV in preparation for the local wellbeing plan? If not, are there plans to do so?

How much money was generated from income from traffic enforcement cameras in the years 2019, 2020 and 2021? And which camera generated the most money?

Please can you disclose which, if any, Police Stations across the Force area are due to be refurbished in 2022 / 23. Please can you state what works are due to be completed and approximate time scales.

Furthermore, please can you disclose whether the PCC still owns the former Police Traffic base (Wilcrick, Magor) and if there are any plans to re use the site in the near future.

This is a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would like to request the following information:

• A copy of this police force's protocol for exchanging information about a service users mental health condition with NHS trusts and the CPS.
• Is there a specific protocol for the forces triage scheme? If so, a copy or outline of this .
• Moreover:
• An outline of, or document describing what training is given to officers surrounding data protection laws?
• How is information about a person’s mental health condition stored by this force, what is the protocol surrounding this and for how long can it be retained?

This is an information request relating to the seizure of dogs under the provisions of the Dangerous Dogs Act (1991).

Please include the information for each of the following periods; 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21:

• The annual cost to the police force for seizing dogs under the Dangerous Dogs Act (1991) broken down by the cost of kennelling, the cost of veterinary treatment, and the cost of destroying the dogs
• The number of dogs seized under the act per year

If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.

1. How many people, including full-time, part-time and temporary employees, are currently recorded as being based at your main office, either by having a desk or a security pass or any other metric that you use?
2. Of these, how many were recorded as having entered the building on the following days:
   1. Monday 6th September 2021
   2. Monday 13th December 2021
   3. Monday 24th January 2022

From March 1st 2021 to January 31st 2022, please could you supply the following information for the Chartist Bridge, Blackwood.

• Date and time of any incident including a brief summary, categorised as below.
• Confirmed incidents where individuals have committed suicide and including incidents where individuals have survived jumps for the bridge.
• Serious incidents where individuals have found to be located on a parapet ledge or are on the bridge threatening to jump and who have to be restrained/persuaded not to do so. This includes incidents where individuals have been talked back or arrested under section 136 of the Mental Health Act
• Less serious incidents e.g. where individuals may be on the parapet ledge or other dangerous location but have no intention of jumping from the bridge
