Please provide me with the following information

1. the qualitative and quantitative research you have undertaken (surveys, focus groups, depth interviews) that have focused on public or victim perceptions of policing and crime in 2020/21 and 2021/22
2. What the outputs of any qualitative and quantitative research was in 2020/21 and 2021/22 and a copy of these
3. A breakdown of the budget and total costs for these surveys in 2020/21 and 2021/22
4. if production of this is outsourced or if any part is provided by an external supplier and who that supplier is
5. Details of any other spend on polling or surveys relating to police and crime

I am writing to request information about reported RTAs over the past 7 years,  that is from January 2015 to the present date.

There are two roads in particular for which I require the information. Both are marked in red below.  The first runs from the B4598 Llanarth Junction to the Llanarth Court Hospital.  The second from the B4598 (Huntsman’s Lane) to the Pitt (NP15 2BA), joining the Llanarth road (Groesenon Road).

1. Please can you share how many victims of those HBA offences were identified within your jurisdiction during 2020-21?

All alleged incidents of stickers with sharp objects placed behind them in Newport, Gwent in the 4 weeks prior to the arrest and questioning of xxxxx xxxxxxxxx in January 2022 - stating for each allegation: the number of reports; the details of allegation; a description of the content on the stickers found at the scene; confirmation whether any such sharp objects were actually observed by an officer or an official of the council.

I write in regard to formal Abandonment Notices that have been registered with your Constabulary for equines, which have been removed from public areas under your jurisdiction between the dates January 2019 to January 2022, in keeping with the:-

1. Animal Welfare Act 2006, which gives Local Authorities and the Police the power to remove animals in certain circumstances.

2. Control of Horses (Wales) Act 2014 which gives Local Authorities the power to remove equines in certain circumstances.

3. Animals Act 1971 which gives landowners certain rights as regards animals deemed to be trespassing on their land.

I also ask, how many Order’s has your Constabulary made during the same three-year period in regard to a ‘Change of Ownership’ under a Section 20 Application of the Animal Welfare Act 2006.

The Organisations/Charities I am most interested in are: RSPCA, Redwings Horse Sanctuary, World Horse Welfare and Welsh Pony Rescue & Rehoming Charitable Trust (WPRRCT).
