This outlined data relating to arrests and charges for:

• Rape of a child under 13 (section 5 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003) each year since 2011.
• Assault of a child under 13 by penetration (section 6 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003) each year since 2011.
• Sexual assault of a child under 13 (section 7 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003) each year since 2011.
• Can I please have information on:
• The total number of arrests and charges made under the offence of rape of a child under 13 aggregated by gender each year from 2011-2021.

I would like to make a freedom of information request.

I am doing a research project investigating call-off contracts in the public sector. I have identified some potential call-off contracts awarded by the Police & Crime Commissioner for Gwent, but I can't find details of the framework agreement they were awarded from.

I have attached an Excel file that contains the information I am looking at. The last two columns ("Title of Framework used" and "contracts finder or ted link") is where I am missing information - please could you fill these in.

I have provided the title, description, details of the email contact from the notice, the value of the contract and procedure type used to award each potential call-off as well as a URL link to the call-off in question and unique reference ID for each potential call-off. please can you advise why no prosecutions have taken place EVER in the South Wales Area of this serious offence despite your office running campaigns on issues like domestic violence and child abuse?

1. Please can you give me the latest figures of reported Female genital Mutilation your force has dealt with/knowledge of for the last six years and break it down into under 2, under 5, under 10, under 16?

Please could I request under the Freedom of Information Act a summary of the qualitative and quantitative research you have undertaken (surveys, focus groups, depth interviews) that have focused on public or victim perceptions of policing generally or your force specifically, covering 2019 and 2020 calendar years. Ideally, I would like to see the outputs of the research, but if that is not possible then a simple summary of what research has been undertaken would suffice.
