Celebrate Halloween safely

Gwent Police have put together an activity pack for children, full of printable resources, to encourage little witches and wizards to get into the Halloween spirit at home.

The activity pack includes designs to be coloured in and templates for carving pumpkins.

Download them from the Gwent Police website and show off your fantastically fiendish masterpieces on social media, tagging in @GwentPCC and @GwentPolice.

Police and Crime Commissioner Jeff Cuthbert said: “Halloween is fast approaching and although it is strongly advised to give trick or treating a miss this year due to the current Covid restrictions it doesn’t mean you can’t have fun!

“Gwent Police have produced some fantastic resources to help you have fun at home which you can share on social media.

“Remember, not everyone sees the fun on Halloween. Criminal damage and antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated, and Gwent Police will be out across Gwent to ensure the night goes safely

“So please, stay safe, follow the latest Covid guidelines and have a happy Halloween.”
