Wales Safer Communities Network

I was delighted to speak at the launch of the Wales Safer Communities Network this week.

The Wales Safer Communities Network will be the strategic voice that champions and connects the public sector, and all partners involved in community safety, so they can create safer communities across Wales.

Work started back in 2021 to bring together policing, local government and other partners with the singular goal of improving safety in our communities in Wales.

It is fantastic to see this work finally realised and I look forward to working with network closely in my role as commissioner and as the chair of Policing in Wales.
