Police funding survey

I would like to thank everyone who recently gave their views on police funding by completing my budget survey, either online or at one of more than 20 engagement sessions my team ran across Gwent.

In total, my team and I engaged with more than 2,000 people face-to-face, with 1,167 responses to the survey received before it closed this week.  

We are currently analysing the results, which will be used to help inform my decision making on Gwent Police’s budget for 2023/24. I will present my proposals to Gwent Police and Crime Panel on 27 January.
