Opportunity: Indirect Victim Needs Assessment

The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent is inviting suitably qualified organisations or consultants to provide a quotation for an Indirect Victim Needs Assessment.

This work will help us better understand the experiences and support needs of people who are indirectly affected by the criminal behaviour of someone close to them, with a particular focus on those connected to individuals arrested or convicted of sexual offences.

The findings will help inform future policy and commissioning decisions, so that support can better reflect people’s needs.

Key information:

• Maximum budget: £15,000 (excluding VAT).
• Closing date for submissions: 5pm on 30 September 2026.
• Anticipated contract start date: 19 October 2026.
• Final deliverables required by: 29 January 2027. 

We welcome quotations from organisations and consultants with experience in research, needs assessments, victim services, safeguarding, criminal justice, public protection, and working with vulnerable adults and children.
