New Graig-Y-Rhacca Heddlu Bach report for duty

A new group of Heddlu Bach recruits have started their policing journey at Graig-Y-Rhacca Primary School this week.

The new recruits spent their first meeting learning about Gwent Police and the different ranks and jobs within policing.

Building trust between young people and the police is essential, and the Heddlu Bach scheme helps achieve this while giving children the opportunity to make new friends and develop new skills that will benefit them for the rest of their lives.
