Gwent Police recruits complete first training phase

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent, Jeff Cuthbert, has congratulated 28 new police officer recruits who have completed the first phase of their police training.

He said: “I would like to congratulate the 28 new police officer recruits, who have passed the first phase in their training. They are beginning their careers at a time when reassuring and protecting the public is at the forefront of our priorities.

I wish them the very best for the future and am confident that they will strive to go over and above to keep our communities safe.”
