Gwent Police long service awards

Gwent police officers and staff who have served Gwent for almost quarter of a century have had their service recognised with a special ceremony.

The Long Service Awards celebrates police officers and staff who have served with the force for more than 20 years.

Deputy Police and Crime Commissioner Eleri Thomas said: “It’s an absolute privilege to attend the long service and good conduct ceremony to recognise the sterling efforts of officers and staff.

“Twenty years’ service is a significant milestone and thanks to their hard work, dedication and commitment, Gwent is amongst the safest places to live, work and do business in the United Kingdom.”
