To maintain compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK FOIA exemptions—specifically section 40 (Personal Data) and section 30 (Investigations and Proceedings), the reviewing disclosure officers are requested to apply targeted redactions solely to shield sensitive personal variables, confidential tactical canine handler signals, and non-public police search methods, while disclosing all remaining segregable public primary offense summaries, botanical seizure manifests, BWV false wall extraction captures, and certified Crown Court sentencing instruments.

The OPCC and Gwent Police are two separate organisations. The role of the OPCC is to hold the police to account, we are not able to get involved in operational policing matters.
