Visiting Tillery Action For You

Police and Crime Commissioner Jane Mudd paid a visit to the social enterprise Tillery Action For You to see the wide variety of community projects the organisation is delivering with the support of volunteers.

Tillery Action For You is a social enterprise that provides volunteering opportunities, work trials, transitional employment, and apprenticeships for people in and around Blaenau Gwent.

The Commissioner met with some of the volunteers working on projects at the organisation’s site in Cwm.

She said: “It was fantastic to go along and find out more about what the team at Tillery Action For You is doing to support the community in Blaenau Gwent.

During my visit I met with some of the volunteers who are actively involved in community projects, including grounds maintenance and other practical work. It was inspiring to see their dedication and hear how these opportunities are helping them grow personally and professionally.
