Litter picking in Abergavenny

My team recently joined partners involved in building the new police station at Abergavenny to litter pick the area.

Together with colleagues from Gwent Police, Pick Everard and Willmott Dixon they cleared the roads and paths around the construction site.

The new building's location on the A465 in Llanfoist means that Gwent Police’s neighbourhood team can easily cover the town centre on foot, while response cars have good access to the local road networks for urgent calls.

Gwent Police will continue to maintain its customer facing counter service in Abergavenny Town Hall.
