Community Youth Project Newport

To mark national Youth Work Week my office visited Community Youth Project, which is based in Community House in Maindee.

It was fantastic to see young people learning new skills in the recording studio and taking part in play activities in the park.

These are just some of the many activities on offer at Community House and are supported with funding from my office.

It’s just one of many initiatives we fund that offers invaluable physical, mental and socioeconomic support to children, young people and their families in a safe environment away from potential harm.
