The Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent has approved the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) Managing Customer Contact Policy.

The aim of the policy is to ensure that the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) staff are able to provide a fair and accessible service to its service users and to manage contact with a very small minority of service users whose actions or behaviour are considered unacceptable.
