1.   If an individual walked into Currys, picked up a laptop, refused to pay and walked out with the laptop would the police get involved?

2.    If an individual walked into Currys picked up a laptop and paid for the device but Currys refused to give the device to the customer, would the police get involved?

3.    If an individual walked into Currys picked up a laptop, paid for the device and software extras, took them home as an early Christmas present. However, as faults were found the laptop was taken back twice and left in Currys possession. Both returns were within the Government 14 day return policy. However, if Currys refuse a refund would the police get involved with an investigation of theft?
