Part 2

1. A firm was appointed to produce an animation to promote the Police and Crime Commissioner’s new Police and Crime Plan for Gwent. The company was one of 5 on the national procurement framework who were asked to provide a quote to undertake the work. This was a one off product completed within an agreed contracted timescale of three weeks.

2. One of our preferred suppliers on the National Procurement Framework are occasionally called upon to provide support with designing and printing posters, leaflets and other materials as and when required. This is subject to the demand on the in-house designer at Gwent Police. We have no specific contract with the company.
