The Police and Crime Commissioner also runs a Partnership Fund on an annual basis which provides grant funding (not contracts) to various organisations working within the Gwent area that support his priorities as set out in the Police and Crime Plan. Various organisations in relation to the areas you have mentioned in your request have received funding via this process. The Police and Crime Commissioner has recently launched a Victims Hub known as ‘Connect Gwent’ which is a multi-agency victim and witness care hub that supports all victims of crime.

The Police and Crime Commissioner has recently awarded a contract to Victim Support in order to provide support to all victims of crime, witnesses to crime or those who have an affected relative/friend. The contract was awarded in June 2015 www.gwent.pcc.police.uk/decision-log/.
