3. 15 members of staff (including the Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner).

Total office salary costs = £635,739 (includes Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and the Drug Interventions Programme (DIP) team. From April 2013, Commissioners received funding from the Home Office that had previously been provided for the DIP).

All jobs were advertised either externally or internally aside from that of the Deputy Police and Crime Commissioner. Some job titles have been amended following a staffing review.
