HOW TO MAKE A COMPLAINT AGAINST A POLICE OFFICER, POLICE STAFF MEMBER OR AN ORGANISATION COMPLAINT ABOUT GWENT POLICE

All complaints will need to be made to the PSD in the first instance.  If the OPCC receive any complaints directly, we will respond to you to inform you that in the first instance, as per legal requirements, the complaint must be submitted to the PSD.  We can either pass your correspondence on for you or provide you with the contact details so you can do this yourself.
